These pans can go from stove to sink and they will not warp.  Ergonomic handles and knobs stay cool to the touch and are oven safe. Vented safety glass covers with stainless steel rims are available for separate purchase.  All diamond plus cookware is oven safe to 500°f/260°c, and it is metal utensil safe, dishwasher safe, and is pfoa free.
